Where is my order?
We try our best to ship orders within 1-3 days. But please bear with us as sometimes it can take a little longer, as we are just a small team of two sisters. If it has gone past 7 working days, please let us know :)
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time up to your order shipping. Please send an email to info@lovetootrue.com
Do you offer returns?
Yes we accept returns for both store credit and monetary refunds. Please make sure you send your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer exchanges, however we do offer store credit for an easier process to change the size or product.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order ships, this will include your tracking number. You can also login to your account and track your order from there :)
My package has been returned back to you, what should i do?
Packages can somtimes come back to us for many different reasons, but please don't worry, we will refund your order within 7 days of us receiving it.
When will I get a refund?
We process returns weekly, so you shouldn't be waiting any longer than 7 working days, however please allow up to 14 days as delays can sometimes occur as we are a small team of two. If it has been longer than 14 working days, please email info@lovetootrue.com
What size should I buy?
Please make sure you click on the size chart on the product listing for help with sizing. You will also find information there on how the product sizing runs.
When will you restock?
We try to restock our most popular items every 8-12 weeks. As a small business, we carry very small quantites, so make sure you click to be notified for restocks! You can find this button on the product listings.
